Every staff member was polite. The service was excellent and the rooms were huge and updated with a glass separating the shower to the bedroom, house keeping 3 times, as for instance.
The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

Large room with spacious bathroom. Friendly staff, willing to assist. Easy access to shops and Petronas Towers. Short walk to KLCC and friendly staff allowed early check-in.
